Simple programming ordered by zones and function, transforms this former massage parlor into an office for architecture and design. The program consists of an entry hall that also functions as a gallery for design works, a singular room with lounge for the occasional conversation and a conference table for meetings, a collaborative work space where ideas come to life, and a storage room with built-in shelving for a more customized feel. The mood is set with an intentional subdued palette, as the walls are graced with artworks by local artists.
