Visual order and moodiness are brought to 4 spaces in one existing commercial suite totaling just 715 square feet. Simple programming ordered by zones and function, transforms this former massage parlor into an office for architecture and design. The program consists of an entry hall that also functions as a gallery for design works, a singular room with lounge for the occasional conversation and a conference table for meetings, a collaborative work space where ideas come to life, and a storage room with built-in shelving for a more customized feel. The mood is set with an intentional subdued palette, as the walls are graced with artworks by local artists.
