HOUSE 351

Drawing on Mid-Century inspiration, the house takes its aesthetic cue(s) from surrounding rural buildings in Kentucky, and employs a split-shed roof design. The clerestory glazing allows for additional Northeastern light into the living room, eat-in kitchen, and back hallway. The house is a split design in its programming - private to the North and public to the South - and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and an eat-in kitchen. A shared bathroom toward the back of the building fronting on a smaller hall, allows for privacy for all its users.
