Located in a rural area of Lancaster; this new sanctuary building is set for current and future growth. The new sanctuary is designed for a 500-seat capacity and multipurpose use, while there are additional restroom banks, a new members area with partition capability, and a new welcome center. The new welcome center allows for seating areas, coffee station, reception and information, and adequate space for wheelchair users. It also employs a considerable amount of glass at the front exterior walls allowing natural light throughout the front spaces of the building.

The interior materials and design were requested by the owners to be minimal and clean throughout. The welcome center has blacked out ceilings and structure, matte-sealed finished concrete floors, and neutral furnishings. The sanctuary is a preengineered metal building with blacked out ceilings and structure, white walls, and carpet tile on the primary floor. The new platform area and stairs will be a low-pile carpeting in an accent color. The exterior materials of the building are matching red brick masonry - to match the existing education building, a horizontal metal siding with a walnut finish, and vertical preengineered metal paneling at the sanctuary facades.

As the church continues to grow, future phasing will include other small building demolitions and site design, to allow for additional parking capacity.
